Jill HardyI have used a number of sales trainers in my time and they all seem to “preach” technique. This has had a varied effect on my sales team. Why? Because it never addresses each team members’ strengths and weaknesses. Shirleen’s training focuses more on the individual with real life lessons on how to be a success in a person’s own right. She starts with goal setting and has a very lineal and easy to understand curriculum. Shirleen then customizes the experience with “one on one” sessions that really get in “the head” of the person she is working with. She follows up with both instant and mystery shops which allow the individual to view themselves as the client views them. Shirleen is innovative, but at the same time, fundamental in her approach to sales training. This is what sets her apart from all of the other sales trainers out there. Since I began using Shirleen, my sales teams’ conversion rate has seen a substantial improvement. In this time of limited budgets, training is usually the first item to be cut. My philosophy is it should be the last. The battle is won and lost on the sales floor and to win you, must have every agent at the top of their game. So for me training is king or should I say Queen in Shirleen’s case.
